Peace Lutheran School is one of over 1,500 Lutheran Elementary Schools in North America and one of over 167 Lutheran Schools (preschool and elementary) in the state of Michigan. Nationally, about 20% of all schools have received recognition as  nationally acclaimed schools. Peace Lutheran School was re-accredited and holds accreditation status from the National Lutheran School Accreditation Association. The   school also is accredited by the Michigan Association of Non-Public Schools.  Our most recent accreditation date was October 30, 2003. 

Peace Lutheran School is a state-approved educational institution, operating within the framework of the Michigan School Law, and is under the jurisdiction of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod as well as the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.

Peace Lutheran School is administered according to the State of Michigan's required standards of elementary education. All teaching personnel are certified  and/or meet the requirements set by the State of Michigan and by the Board of Christian Education.
